Welcome to WatchCraftPlus ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our luxury watch manufacturing and repair services offered at watchcraftplus.com. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

WatchCraftPlus is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, restoration, and repair of high-end timepieces. Our artisans combine traditional techniques with modern innovation to deliver exceptional quality and precision.

2. Services

We offer bespoke watch manufacturing, maintenance, polishing, movement overhauls, and authentication. Detailed service descriptions and pricing are available on our website. All services are subject to material availability and expert assessment.

3. Ordering and Payment

To engage our services, clients must complete the online order form and provide accurate watch specifications. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and select digital payment methods. Payment in full is required prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery and Title

Upon completion, repaired or newly crafted watches will be shipped via insured carrier to the address you specify. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title transfers when full payment is received and item is dispatched.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, patents, and copyrights related to WatchCraftPlus products and services remain our exclusive property. You agree not to copy or reproduce our designs without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, WatchCraftPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Refund Policy

At WatchCraftPlus, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a repair or manufacturing service, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

• Full refund of service fees if your watch cannot be restored to the agreed standard;
• Partial refund reflecting the proportion of work not performed to specification;
• Free rework or modification to address any defects at no additional charge.

To initiate a refund, you must return the watch to our facility in its original packaging, insured against loss or damage. We will process approved refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva.
